On Sunday 30th June 2024, the largest Japanese festival in the Netherlands was held at the Stadsplein in Amstelveen. This year, there were many stage performances, Japanese food and products, and cultural workshops, and the event was filled with more than 20,000 visitors.
This year's theme was "Smile Together" and a yukata selfie contest was held at the venue, welcoming many visitors in yukata and sharing the Japanese way of enjoying summer with many people.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who attended, to everyone who set up a booth at the venue, to everyone who gave a wonderful performance on stage, and to all the sponsors who help create opportunities like this.
